Your expertise will be crucial in developing frameworks that empower teachers in key domains of education. About the Role: As the Project Officer Content and Design at Udayāsa Foundation, you will play a pivotal role in building content related to verticals like Sports, Teacher Training , Remedial Teaching, Fellowship and Learning Curriculums etc. This dynamic position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of how content is made, development of frameworks, need analysis etc. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact by empowering students and teachers and other beneficiaries by providing custom tailor made content which is usable and simple to understand as well as carries great value in terms of quality and design/ Key Responsibilities: 1.
Content Development: Design and develop high-quality educational content tailored for teacher training programs in STEM, STEAM, Coding, AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, Entrepreneurship, and Lifeskills. Create engaging and visually appealing materials, including manuals, lesson plans, presentations, and interactive resources. 2.
Framework Development: Spearhead the creation of comprehensive training frameworks that serve as guiding structures for teacher capacity building. Integrate best practices, pedagogical approaches, and innovative tools into the frameworks. 3.
Multimedia Production: Produce and edit videos, animations, and interactive modules to support training sessions and workshops. Collaborate with external experts or vendors for specialized multimedia projects. 4.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with government school authorities, education experts, and program managers to understand specific training needs and curriculum requirements. Ensure content aligns with educational standards and guidelines set by relevant authorities. 5.
Research and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends, methodologies, and technologies in education and instructional design, with a focus on the designated subject areas. Conduct research to enhance the effectiveness of training materials. Qualifications: ·
Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. ·
Proficient in instructional design principles and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). ·
Experience in developing content for teacher training programs, particularly in the specified subject areas, is highly desirable. ·
Familiarity with government school systems and policies is a plus. ·
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. ·
English and Hindi proficiency both verbal and written. ·
Avid learner and ready to learn and develop during the engagement period. Desired Quality on : ·

This mid-level role operates on a fixed term basis, and the remuneration will be in accordance with the candidate's experience and industry benchmarks. ·
The position will be for an initial period of 1 year with a baseline remuneration of INR 40000-45000 INR per month subject to tax deductions as per government regulations. ·
Increments and other benefits will be contingent on the achievement of deliverables, successful completion of Key Result Areas (KRA), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). ·
