Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Design & Architecture:

  2. Lead the design of complex web applications, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

  3. Define and implement best practices for system architecture, database design, and integration.
  4. Evaluate and recommend architectural decisions, considering performance, scalability, and security.
  5. Design solutions for high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery.

  6. Define integration points with other systems, APIs, and services.

  7. ASP.NET Development:

  8. Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and Web API.

  9. Work with front-end technologies like JavaScript, Angular, or React in collaboration with UI/UX teams.

  10. Ensure that all code follows best practices, including design patterns, coding standards, and proper documentation.

  11. Ticketing System Design & Integration:

  12. Design and implement robust ticketing systems to handle customer inquiries, issues, and tasks.

  13. Integrate with CRM systems and customer service platforms for seamless ticket management.
  14. Define workflows and business rules for efficient issue resolution and tracking.

  15. Implement role-based access control and user authentication within the ticketing system.

  16. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  17. Work with business analysts, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver on time.

  18. Provide leadership to a team of developers, ensuring that the architecture is adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

  19. Liaise with product owners and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

  20. Code Reviews & Quality Assurance:

  21. Conduct peer code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

  22. Participate in debugging and troubleshooting of complex application issues.

  23. Ensure the system is tested, both in terms of functionality and performance, before deployment.

  24. Continuous Improvement:

  25. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and system architecture.

  26. Continuously optimize applications for better performance, reduced latency, and overall user experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an ASP.NET Architect or a similar role, with at least 8+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.
  • Experience in designing and deploying scalable and secure web applications.
  • Expertise in system design, including performance optimization, security, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with RESTful services, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, including custom development or integration with platforms like Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading development teams.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases and cloud-based data storage solutions.
  • Experience in integrating third-party systems and APIs.
