Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Chatbot Technical Lead for Flash who will own the development and design of our chatbot application supporting Western Digital employees across multiple business domains.As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible to manage the Chabot platform, maintain the relationship with the vendors, be responsible for the technical health, performance, and development of the chatbot, The lead should have excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and user experience oriented. Have a passion for technology and learning.
Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience6+ years’ work experience as software engineer3-5 years of experience in building chat botsExperience working with APIsExperience in software development life cycleExperience in working in Agile/SCRUM teamsExcellent communication skillsAdvanced writing and speaking English skillsPassion for innovationStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to achieve aggressive deadlinesAbility to work in team environmentAbility to work under pressure

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.This position will be in FlashKey ResponsibilitiesDefining, planning, and executing product roadmapDevelop the Integration layer and APIs to support integration with 3rd Party ServicesSolve customer challenges using Text UI that enables the ability to deliver personalized and contextual information in real-timeDesign end-to-end conversational interactions, including what can go wrong, and howUnderstanding user intent and following all the conversational rules (branching, interruptions, resolution flows, error messages, etc)Work closely with the team, PM, end users and other support engineers to deliver high quality products, with flexible and scalable architecture.Maintain close relationships with the vendors.Collaborating with the broader team on technical decisionsWork with Technical Project Manager to escalate any technical hurdlesDeliver complete end to end solutionTrack and share bot KPIs
