Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of the Power Platform, particularly PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices for deploying solutions efficiently and maintaining them across environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on optimizing business processes and workflows.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior associates, providing technical leadership and fostering team growth.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead project teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform are a plus.
