Lead a team ofauditors (at minimum 3 audit staff to a maximum of 4) in carryingout audit of IT General Controls and Information Security ControlsAssess compliance of the Banks IToperations and security with Banks IT related policies andregulatory guidelines.Assess the current processesfollowed in the bank against international bestpractices.Undertake Special assignments andmanagement audits as per the needs of the Senior management fromtimetotime.Identify areas of Automationwithin the IS Audit domain and get those projectsexecuted
JobResponsibilitiesSupervisingthe team to ensure audits/ adhoc work assigned done accurately withthe givenTATEnsure that Audits areperformed as per the Quarterly AuditcalendarGuide the audit staff in the teamand supervise the progress of the auditassignmentsEnsure timely completion ofauditsReview the audit findings anddiscuss with senior auditee staff at Function HeadlevelsResolve disputes of issueownership between various AuditTeamsSupervise the team in auxiliarytasks related to ISAudit e.g. organizing evidence collectionfollowup with auditee for status of audit recommendations tillclosure of the reports MIS on audit assignmentsetc.Provide guidance tovarious business groups (IT BPRG Admin ISG ITGovernance etc.) fromIS AuditperspectivePrepare IS Audit Key RiskIndicators for highlighting to GHIA on amonthlybasisLiaise with ExternalAuditors (RBI Inspectors Statutory Auditors SOX Auditors ISO 27001Auditors ISO 22301) asneededReview and finalizeMIS reports on IS audits for various purposes for submission toHeadIS AuditReview and finalizeWork done notes for Audit Committee of the Board for submission toHeadIS Audit
EducationalQualificationsAt least a Bachelor ofScience Bachelor of Engineering/Technology Master of ComputerApplication/Computer Science or Master in Business Admin/PostGraduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Programin Management in Computer Science/Information Technology orequivalentShould have a certification suchas CISA / CISSP
KeySkills
Should have deep knowledge of ITGeneral Controls international acts such as SOX IT GovernanceFrameworks such as COBIT standards such as ISO 27001 BS 15000 / ISO20000 / ITIL BS25999 Payment Cards Industry Data Security Standard(PCI DSS) etc.Should have excellent draftingand communication and presentationskills.
ExperienceRequiredAt least 10 years of workingexperience in IS audit or related field is required for thisposition.
