About the Role :

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SD II to join our dynamic development team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with expertise in full-stack development, microservices architecture, cloud services, and a passion for building scalable and robust systems.

You will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and delivery of complex software projects while mentoring a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and services.

- Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from initial concept to final delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure high-quality execution.

- Architect and maintain a microservices-based infrastructure.

- Integrate and manage databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

- Ensure seamless integration with third-party services and APIs, including Auth0, Firebase, and email/SMS services.

- Maintain, monitor, and optimize the use of Azure Cloud Services (Blob storage, VMs, App Services, etc.

- Implement and manage state machines, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Git-based workflow.

- Handle real-time communication protocols (WebRTC) and integrate services like 100ms for video calling.

- Write clear technical documentation for development and deployment processes.

- Lead the team in best practices for security, performance, and scalability.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Proficiency in front-end technologies : Angular (TypeScript, HTML, CSS).

Back-end expertise :

- NestJSandExpress.js with a solid understanding of Node.js/TypeScript.

- Knowledge of state management and state machines.

- Strong experience with microservices architecture.

Database Management :

- Experience with both MongoDB and Postgres databases.

API Development :

- Proficiency in GraphQL for API communication.

- Hands-on experience with Strapi for content management.

Cloud Services :

- Experience with Azure Cloud Services (Blob, App Services, Virtual Machines, Storage, etc.

- Understanding of cloud-based architectures.

Real-Time Communication :

- Proficiency in WebRTC, with experience in 100ms for video calls.

DevOps & Containerization :

- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Version Control :

- Strong experience with Git and other version control tools.

Authentication & Authorization :

- Experience with Auth0 and Firebase for secure authentication systems.

Documentation :

- Proficiency with documentation tools for technical specs and project management.

- Email/SMS Integrations for notifications and communications.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in a project lead role.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead a technical team.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have :

- Familiarity with Temporal (workflow orchestration).

- Knowledge of best practices for security and performance optimization.
