The Project/Management Accountant is a newly created role that will join the collaborative Finance and Operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the financial success of projects supporting project managers and operations leaders with accurate, timely, and insightful financial information. The Opportunity As the Project/Management Accountant , you’ll provide high-quality financial, management information across across multiple projects. You’ll be the key link between project teams and the finance function, ensuring each project’s financial integrity, compliance, and profitability are maintained from start to finish. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy variety, teamwork, and taking ownership of your work in a dynamic, project-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver accurate monthly project accounting and financial reports. Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability, ensuring projects remain on track. Provide timely cost analyses, estimates-to-complete, and WIP reporting. Manage project invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation processes. Support project managers with financial insight and advice to aid decision-making. Maintain strong data integrity within the company ERP system. Assist with audits, cash-flow forecasts, and post-completion financial reviews. Uphold company values and ensure confidentiality and compliance at all times. About the Candidate   If you are detail-oriented professional who enjoys partnering with project teams to drive successful outcomes and if you can produce accurate and timely detailed analysis and management reporting, and are naturally inquisitive this is a great position.  The successful candidate will also enjoy working across multiple projects and stakeholders and really helping the business. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Be qualified CA or CPA Accountant. Proven experience as a Project/Management Accountant (ideally within construction). Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting. Excellent communication skills and have effective relationships with non-finance teams.
