Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.Coordinate with the planning team to ensure efficient utilization of resources. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure seating systems meet or exceed industry standards.Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Supervision and Team Management: Lead and manage production staff, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.Ensure a safe and productive working environment for all team members. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to meet production demands.Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and losses. Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that production equipment is well-maintained and operating efficiently.Schedule and oversee routine maintenance activities. Cost Control: Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, quality control data, and inventory records.Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance and key metrics. Communication: Foster effective communication between different departments, including production, planning, quality control, and maintenance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and drive continuous improvement. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about and ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and relevant certifications.Participate in audits and inspections to demonstrate adherence to regulatory requirements.
