What will you do
Apply a deep understanding of DR topologies and the dependencies required to setup complex DR Systems.
Should be well versed with technologies like Oracle Dataguard, Replication Methodologies , LBaaS, DNS, Network to design complete end to end DR Systems. Should be able to Assess DR Systems for optimization, scalability & reliability.
Use your excellent written & oral communication skills to communicate our customers effectively.
Collaborate with other team members and customers and Customer Management teams.
Be a trusted SME to customers and solve complex Cloud Infrastructure and Disaster Recovery challenges.
Create and deliver standard methodologies recommendations and technical presentations adapting to different levels of key business and technical partners.
Should have working knowledge of Oracle Products and technologies like EBS, Peoplesoft, OBIEE, FMW, Hyperion, Oracle Dataguard, Replication Methodologies, Infra & Basic Network Knowledge
Collaborate with other team members and customers

Responsibilities:
FSDR Implementation: Lead and manage the Full Stack Disaster Recovery (FSDR) implementation for all Managed Cloud Services (MCS) customers. Standardization: Develop and enforce standardized DR processes and procedures across the organization. DR Drills: Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-competency disaster recovery drills to ensure preparedness and compliance. L3 Support: Provide Level 3 support to all competency teams, addressing and resolving complex DR issues. Network Replication: Collaborate on and support future projects involving network replication and other advanced DR strategies. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of DR plans, procedures, and drill outcomes. Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams to enhance DR awareness and capabilities. Compliance: Ensure all DR activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices.Diversity and Inclusion:
