For more information, visit our website . Job Overview We are seeking a Neuro Technician for a Junior-level position at Spandana Hospital, located in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. The role involves utilizing specialized skills in neuroimaging and monitoring to support patient care within our hospital's dedicated team. Qualifications and Skills Proficient in EEG Monitoring (Mandatory skill), ensuring accurate and reliable readings for patient diagnostic purposes. Skilled in Neuroimaging Techniques (Mandatory skill) to assist in the diagnosis and analysis of neurological conditions. Expertise in Electroencephalography (EEG) Setup (Mandatory skill) for preparing and executing examinations. Experience working with Patient Monitoring Equipment, ensuring continuous and effective patient observation. Knowledge in EMG/NCS Testing to assess peripheral nerve conditions and muscular disorders. Ability to perform Evoked Potential Studies, assisting in the evaluation of neural pathways and responses. Capable of maintaining Biomedical Instrumentation, ensuring functionality and compliance with health standards. Proficiency in using Patient Data Management Systems for accurate and efficient data recording and analysis. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct and interpret neurodiagnostic tests including EEGs, EMGs, and Evoked Potentials. Operate and maintain neurodiagnostic equipment, ensuring safety and accuracy in testing procedures. Collaborate with neurologists and other healthcare professionals to evaluate test results and patient needs. Ensure adherence to best practices and protocols in patient safety and data privacy. Assist in the education and orientation of patients in preparation for neurological examinations. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation of procedures conducted. Participate in training sessions and workshops to update technical skills and knowledge. Support ongoing departmental projects and initiatives related to neurological services.
