Job Description

What You Have to Do? (Responsibilities):Search pro-actively for matching job openings for the bench candidates.Build & maintain vendor/client list for Microsoft Dynamics 365 candidates.Utilizing a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking & groups to identify matching requirements for bench candidates.Maintain Vendor/Client database.Rate Negotiation with recruiters.Maintain accurate records and reports of all candidate interactions and job submissionsContinuously build and expand a network of candidates and clients to drive business growthFollow up with recruiters to get appropriate updates.Primarily focus on placing Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Sales Force candidates on Corp To Corp (C2C).

What We Are Looking For? (Requirements):3 to 6 years of experience in Bench Sales recruiting, preferably within the IT staffing industryHands-on experience placing Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Sales Force Consultants.Accurate client submissions in daily basis.Experience in updating/building candidate resumes as per the recruiters need.Building resumes for bench candidates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidatesProven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and goalsStrong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platformsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Bachelor's degree preferred.
