We are looking for a skilled Lead Platform Engineer - Golang to join our team. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the backend systems that power our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features, enhance system performance, and contribute to the overall success of our products.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain software infrastructure using Golang Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features and enhance system performance Maintain and improve the scalability and reliability of our platform Contribute to the overall success of our products Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and API specifications

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience in Golang programming for developing infrastructure-related tools and applications Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols Knowledge of security best practices in the context of infrastructure and application deployment Relevant leadership experience Strong verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
