Job Summary: As a Digital Marketing Specialist at (Company Name), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our IT products and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. This position requires a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Create engaging and high-quality content for the website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • SEO and SEM:
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  • Develop and implement link building strategy.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Use analytics tools to measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Marketing Automation:
  • Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms.
  • Implement and manage drip marketing campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing within the IT industry.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience with B2B marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO tools, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with web design and development.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a vision.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Office environment or remote working options available.
