Role Description

This is a full-time role for an IT Counselor, located on-site in Noida. The IT Counselor will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in their IT career paths, providing information on training programs, and offering career counseling and support. Additional responsibilities include conducting assessments, understanding client needs, organizing workshops and seminars, and collaborating with industry professionals to enhance training programs.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and students
  • Knowledge of IT training programs, including software products and development tools
  • Experience in career counseling and support for IT careers
  • Ability to conduct assessments and understand client needs
  • Organizational skills for organizing workshops, seminars, and events
  • Collaborative skills to work with industry professionals and enhance training programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; additional certifications in career counseling or related areas are a plus
  • Experience in the education or professional training industry is advantageous
