About the Role
As a Marketing Specialist at SCG India, you will be responsible for building the brand, executing demand-generation campaigns, and supporting sales with compelling narratives and tools. This is a role where creativity, strategy, and execution meet , giving you the chance to shape SCG’s image in India and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that enhance SCG’s visibility and market positioning.
- Create promotional content, case studies, and sales tools that communicate SCG’s value to customers.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives , including social media, online campaigns, and performance tracking.
- Organize customer events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to showcase SCG solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer insights, industry trends, and competitor movements.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Support internal and external communication programs, including employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- 0–4 years of experience in marketing; exposure to B2B or construction-related industries is a plus.
- Strong skills in content development, communication, and project coordination.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is an advantage.
