Overview: As a 2D& 3D Floor Plan Designer you will play a crucial role intransforming architectural sketches and blueprints into visuallyappealing and accurate floor plans for residential and commercialproperties. Your designs will be instrumental in showcasing thelayout and design of spaces serving as a vital tool for real estatemarketing interior design and architecturalvisualization.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Create detailed 2Dfloor plans from architectural drawings andhandsketches
  • Develop 3D floor plans and modelsto illustrate spatial arrangements and designconcepts
  • Utilize software such as AutoCADSketchUp and Adobe Photoshop to produce highquality floor plandesigns
  • Collaborate with architects andinterior designers to understand projectrequirements
  • Ensure accuracy and precision inmeasurements and scale while creating floorplans
  • Produce visually appealing 2D and 3Drenderings for marketing and presentationpurposes
  • Adhere to project timelines anddeliver designs according to clientspecifications
  • Implement feedback and makerevisions as necessary
  • Stay updated withindustry trends and technologies related to floor plandesign
  • Assist in creating customized floorplans based on client preferences andrequirements
  • Provide support in creatingvirtual tours and walkthroughs forproperties
  • Coordinate with the sales andmarketing teams to support visual contentcreation
  • Ensure compliance with building codesand regulations in floor plan designs
  • Maintainorganized records and documentation of floor plan designs andrevisions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to enhance the overall designprocess
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inArchitecture Interior Design or relatedfield
  • Proven experience as a 2D & 3DFloor Plan Designer or similarrole
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AdobeIllustrator
  • Strong understanding of spatialarrangements scale and designprinciples
  • Ability to interpret architecturaldrawings and blueprints accurately
  • Experiencein 3D modeling and rendering for floor plans and interiorspaces
  • Excellent visualization andconceptualization skills
  • Attention to detailand ability to maintain precision indesigns
  • Knowledge of building codes andregulations related to floor plandesign
  • Effective communication andcollaboration skills
  • Capability to work in afastpaced deadlinedriven environment
  • Portfolioshowcasing a diverse range of 2D and 3D floor plandesigns
