Job Summary:


The Salesforce Practice Head is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and day-to-day operations of the Salesforce practice within the organization. This role involves managing a team of Salesforce consultants, architects, and developers, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects, and driving business development efforts to expand the practice. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce, a strong business acumen, and leadership skills to lead the practice to achieve its business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Salesforce practice in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Drive the growth of the Salesforce practice through innovation, service offerings expansion, and market penetration.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Practice Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce practice, including project delivery, resource management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the practice maintains a high standard of Salesforce expertise and certifications across the team.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the practice, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.

Client Engagement & Delivery:

  • Serve as the executive sponsor for key Salesforce projects, ensuring successful delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain deep client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and driving additional business opportunities.
  • Oversee the quality assurance of all deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and adhere to best practices.

Business Development:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Represent the Salesforce practice at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build brand awareness and thought leadership.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay abreast of Salesforce product updates, ecosystem developments, and industry trends to drive innovation within the practice.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and implement new tools, methodologies, and processes.
  • Foster a cult.
