o Implement new jobs in PMS in consultation with FMs.
o Cooperate with Shipssure team to create vessel’s structure and accuracy of jobs in vessels entering management.
o Check overdue jobs for all vessels to avoid system failures due to the lack of maintenance.
o Prepare vessels’ PMS for external or internal audits (checking reported jobs, forms, critical equipment, etc)
o Create various reports regarding critical components and monitoring of PMS performance.
o Provide training to shore and onboard personnel.
o Support the Fleet cells by utilizing PMS data.
o Assist in spare parts implementation.
