About Clobug:

Clobug is a fast-growing fast-fashion brand with a strong online presence through our website and mobile app (available on both iOS and Android). We are seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to join our dynamic team and help scale our e-commerce operations by enhancing user experience, optimising performance, and driving innovation across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customise, and maintain the Clobug Shopify website and mobile app.
  • Implement new features, sections, and functionalities to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Optimise website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and payment gateways.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Could you collaborate with the creative, marketing, and operations teams to align website updates with campaigns and product launches?
  • Ensure SEO best practices and analytics tracking are implemented effectively.
  • Maintain consistency in UI/UX across website and app.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolio of Shopify websites/apps.
  • Proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with Shopify APIs, third-party integrations, and custom app development.
  • Knowledge of mobile app integration and e-commerce workflows.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, site performance optimisation, and responsive design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with React Native or Flutter for app enhancements.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Previous experience in a fashion or lifestyle brand.
