Hiring: Senior QA Engineer – Multimedia & AI PlatformsExperience: 7+ Years (5+ Years in Automation)Budget: ₹1.9 LPMLocation: Bangalore (Hybrid / On-site)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to take ownership of quality assurance across AI-driven multimedia platforms – including web applications, APIs, backend services, and automated workflows.You’ll be responsible for defining QA strategy, building automation frameworks, and ensuring performance and reliability across cutting-edge AI products like Velocity and Agentic AI.Required Skills & Experience:- 7+ years of QA experience in product/platform environments.- Proven track record of owning QA across complex, scalable systems (Web Apps, APIs, Backend).- Hands-on experience testing multimedia assets – video, audio, and image workflows.- Prior experience with cloud-native, ML-powered, or agent-based platforms.- Ability to identify test coverage gaps and proactively mitigate quality risks.Automation Expertise:- 5+ years of strong automation experience.- Proven ability to build and scale automation frameworks from scratch.- Expertise in automating tests across all levels – Unit, Integration, UI, and API.- Hands-on experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.Key Responsibilities:Platform Quality Ownership- Lead QA strategy & execution for Velocity and Agentic AI.- Ensure quality across UI, API, backend, integrations (LLMs, cloud services), and outputs (images, video, audio, JSON).Functional & Exploratory Testing- Plan, execute, and report functional tests across multimedia workflows and user-facing tools.- Validate end-to-end experiences including video rendering accuracy, agent fallback logic, and API reliability.Automation Engineering- Build automation frameworks from scratch for UI, API, backend, and system-level testing.- Select the best tech stack – optimize for speed, maintainability, and coverage.- Own automation pipelines integrated with CI/CD workflows.Performance & Resilience Testing- Identify quality risks (concurrency issues, multimedia processing failures, LLM timeouts, agent orchestration failures).- Conduct performance, load, and regression testing to ensure platform robustness.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and AI teams to maintain quality in rapid release cycles.- Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with quality-focused insights.-
