Role: Internal AuditorJob Location : Goa, India (Hybrid, i.e., 2-3 times a week from office)Fulltime opportunityCompany : Responsibilities:The following are typical activities:Executing a SOX testing program (i.e., design walkthrough, testing, remediation) as part of larger remote team.Executing assurance audits (i.e., Financial, Operational, Regulatory).Developing pragmatic and value-added recommendations and reports.Building quality relationships with management, the team and co-source vendors.Develop process improvements for IA activities (i.e., administration, data analytics, automation).

Requirements:Typical education, experiences and skills that would be needed for this position.Bachelor/master’s in accounting or comparable degree in management information system, data science or an equivalent combination of graduate degree in other disciplines and relevant business experience.Candidates who are Chartered Accountants with minimum 6 months experience will be preferred.2-3 years of audit experience or a combination of audit, accounting, and/or compliance experiences.Experience with:Common auditing practices and standards.Accounting and business processes and GAAP and SOX compliance.Data and automation tools (Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx etc.).Common risk management / audit software (Audit Board, Workiva etc.).Preferred skills:Pursuing or maintaining a certification such as Charted Accountant, CPA, CIA or CISA.Knowledge or experience with data analysis and automation of testing or other activities.Spanish or Arabic speaker.
