Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Alteryx Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, and support of the Alteryx platform within our organization. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient use of Alteryx for data analysis and workflow automation.


Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and maintain the Alteryx Server environment.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Alteryx Server.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues related to Alteryx.

Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures for the Alteryx platform.

Stay up-to-date on the latest Alteryx features and functionalities.

Create and maintain documentation for Alteryx workflows and procedures.

Provide technical support to users on Alteryx functionality and best practices.

Collaborate with data analysts and business users to understand their needs and develop solutions using Alteryx.

Assist with the development and implementation of Alteryx governance policies and standards.

Automate workflows and processes using Alteryx Designer (optional, depending on experience).

Develop and maintain data connections between Alteryx and other enterprise systems (optional, depending on experience).


Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 4 years of experience administering enterprise software platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.).

Certified Alteryx Associate Administrator (ACAA) or equivalent experience (highly preferred).

Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
