Position Title: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - SAP FICO


Years of Experience: 5 - 7 Years


Location: Maraimalai Nagar


Qualification: CA/CMA/MBA (Finance)


Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment, and settlement.)

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.

• Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.

• Document functional designs, test cases and results.

• Proactively identify and propose business processes and/or system enhancements.

• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.

• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.

• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.

• Testing, support, and user training


Skills:

• SAP experience supporting General Ledger plus supporting the following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System.

• For FI: G/L, AP, AR, Asset, Cash & Bank Management. •

• For CO: CCA, PCA, Product Costing, Internal Order, Assessment and Distribution Cycle, Activity based costing, Settlement from Service Order (PM) & Project (PS ) based Accounting.

• Experience in the full implementation of SAP FICO modules.

• Knowledge with Rise S/4 HANA.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.

• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.

• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.

• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.

• SAP FICO certification is an added advantage.


Qualification:

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 5-7 years of working experience in Manufacturing domain.

• Hands on working experience in FICO module and fair knowledge on the Other moules (MM, SD, PP Etc), preferably in SAP – Hana platform

• Deep understanding of various automation processes & integration of Add-on packages in FICO (Eg. Real time linking with Bank data / net banking)

• FICO implementation experience – At least one full project (end to end) in the manufacturing industry

• Experience in US GAAP is desirable.
