US IT Recruiter (3 – 5 Years of experience)

Location: Chennai (Guindy)

Experience Required: 3-5 Years (minimum 3 years in US Staffing)

Shift: Night Shift (CST Timing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Chennai, Guindy. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US staffing process , including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

• Identify candidates through various sourcing channels such as job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates to ensure they meet client requirements for skills, experience, and cultural fit.

1. Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure candidates comply with US work authorization requirements (e.g., H1B, EAD, GC, US Citizen).

1. Market and Industry Knowledge:

• Stay updated on market trends, technology requirements, and industry standards in the US staffing market.

1. Target Achievement:

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets, including submissions, placements, and revenue goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Mandatory:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in US staffing and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa processes (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.).
• Proficiency in using US job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
