Job Description:

MAIG Infotech is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development technologies, with a specific emphasis on Java and ReactJS.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Development: Develop scalable, robust, and high-performing web applications using Java and ReactJS.- Architecture and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.- Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, and debugging of software components. Ensure the quality and performance of applications through comprehensive testing.- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of the codebase, application architecture, and user guides.- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5-10 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.- Java Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java.- ReactJS Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.), back-end technologies (Spring, Hibernate, etc.), and databases (SQL, NoSQL).- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.- Knowledge of other front-end frameworks/libraries (Angular, Vue.js, etc.)- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)
