Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join us as Python Developers with a focus on Agentic AI applications. This opportunity is open to B.Tech and PG graduates (2019–2025 pass outs).
Whether you are a fresher or experienced professional, we provide structured training for candidates without prior programming or AI/ML experience.

After training, you will be involved in real-time projects, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of Python-based Agentic AI systems that power intelligent, autonomous applications.

Eligibility

  • B.Tech / PG graduates (2019–2025 pass outs)
  • Freshers, career-gap candidates, and professionals looking to switch careers are welcome
  • Prior AI/ML or programming knowledge is not mandatory (training will be provided)

Package

  • ₹20,000 per month (during training)
  • ₹4 LPA (post-training full-time role)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based AI applications
  • Work on Agentic AI solutions enabling autonomous decision-making and task execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and implement AI-driven workflows
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party libraries with AI agents
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI-powered applications
  • Participate in debugging, testing, and deployment of AI models and services

Required Skills (for experienced/skilled candidates)

  • Strong knowledge of Python programming
  • Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar)
  • Understanding of Agentic AI concepts: task planning, tool usage, autonomous workflows
  • Knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and REST APIs
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Git, and frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

Training (for candidates without prior experience)

Selected candidates will undergo 3–4 months of training covering:

  • Core & Advanced Python
  • Agentic AI Development (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex)
  • Database Management & API Integration
  • Building AI-powered applications through real-time projects
