Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Engagement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will come from a technical background and be capable of discussing SAP requirements with technical managers. This role involves engaging with hiring managers to understand and qualify SAP requirements, explaining these requirements to the delivery manager, and interviewing SAP candidates to ensure quality control. While this is primarily an engagement role, there is potential for it to evolve into a client-facing sales role. The position includes two fully expensed trips to the US per year.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with hiring managers to understand and qualify SAP requirements.
  • Explain SAP requirements to the delivery manager to ensure accurate understanding and execution.
  • Conduct interviews with SAP candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure they understand the specific SAP requirements and can identify suitable candidates.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with technical managers.
  • Travel to the US twice a year to meet with managers and discuss SAP requirements and strategies.
  • Support the scaling of the SAP contingent workforce from 25 to 100.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SAP.


Must Haves

  • Strong technical background in SAP.
  • Ability to discuss SAP requirements fluently with technical managers.
  • Proven experience in engaging with hiring managers and qualifying technical requirements.
  • Experience in interviewing and assessing SAP candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to the US twice a year.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
