Backed by a reputed corporate group, the company is known for its strong governance and pan-India presence. Job Description Draft and review loan agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs; standardize legal templates. Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, Companies Act, Contract Act, and data protection laws. Provide legal guidance on lending products, financial regulations, and strategic partnerships. Support board/legal documentation and maintain governance standards. Handle SARFAESI, arbitration, cheque bounce, and civil/criminal cases; coordinate with external counsel. The Successful Applicant A successful legal professional should have: A degree in law from a recognised institution. Experience in handling legal matters within the BFSI/NBFC space. Proven expertise in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrates exceptional negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
