Job Description –Associate Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Work Model: In-Office

The Associate Manager will be responsible for the overall operational management and takes complete ownership of improving the performance for the Recruiting Team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- the ability to rally the team together to achieve one common goal.- employee goals and objectives and develop staff to maximize potential- team performance which include regular performance reviews- & Develop next generation leaders- to make data driven business decisions.- to train and work with people at different career levels.- as an ongoing resource to ensure the success and continued development of all recruiters.- abreast of the new trends and tools for the employee development.

Qualification:

- Proven experience as a people manager over 4+ years with over all experience of 10+ years.- Experience with hiring, coaching and developing producers & Leaders.- Strong aptitude for attention to detail and growth mindset.- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
