Job Description
This is a remote position.

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to design engaging and intuitive interfaces for our AI-driven products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex AI workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and align with the organization's values and vision.
  • Protect intellectual property and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Design user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces for AI applications and products.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that bring ideas to life.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, data scientists) to ensure design solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Optimize UI components for responsiveness, accessibility, and high performance.
  • Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, design best practices, and emerging AI-driven technologies.

Requirements
Essential Skills
Job

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Proven experience in designing responsive and adaptive interfaces for multiple devices and screen sizes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present design concepts effectively and work with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Personal

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of UI/UX design projects across web and mobile applications

Preferred Skills
Job

  • Experience designing AI, ML, or data-driven products.
  • Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, and accessibility guidelines
