We are looking forward to hire SOAP Professionals in the following areas : Job description: Experience required: 2-5 years Job Title: Enterprise Scheduling Tool Specialist (SOAP) Department: Infrastructure & Operations Reports To: IT Director of Infrastructure & Operations Position Overview: Client is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Scheduling Tool Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration/management of our enterprise workload automation platforms. This role will support the orchestration of batch jobs across SAP and other enterprise systems using tools such as Redwood RunMyJobs, Stonebranch Universal Automation Center, and/or BMC Control-M. Key Responsibilities: Tool Implementation & Integration Lead the deployment and configuration of SOAP platforms (Redwood, Stonebranch, BMC) across dev, QA, and production environments. Integrate scheduling tools with SAP Rise for S/4, BTP, CPQ, IBP, and other third-party applications. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to execute migration strategies using tools like Stonebranch’s Express Conversion Tool (XCT) Job Scheduling & Automation Design and manage job workflows, dependencies, and exception handling across platforms. Implement event-driven scheduling and SLA-based monitoring for critical business processes. Ensure synchronization with SAP factory calendars and support lifecycle management of job definitions. Security & Compliance Configure role-based access controls (RBAC) and enforce granular permissions for job visibility and execution. Ensure compliance with internal InfoSec policies and external data protection regulations. Review and implement connectivity options (VPN, private link, IP whitelisting) for SaaS deployments. Monitoring & Reporting Set up dashboards and alerts for job execution, failures, and performance metrics. Integrate with ServiceNow for ticketing and incident response workflows. Provide audit trails and reporting for compliance and operational transparency. Training & Documentation Develop and deliver training materials for administrators and end users. Maintain documentation for architecture, configuration, and operational procedures. Support change management processes and ensure smooth onboarding of new systems. Qualifications: Required: 5+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure with a focus on workload automation. Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Redwood RunMyJobs, Stonebranch UAC, BMC Control-M. Strong understanding of SAP environments and job orchestration. Familiarity with ServiceNow integration and automation workflows. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments. Preferred: Experience with SOAP platforms in regulated industries. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and API integrations. Project management experience in tool migration or enterprise software deployment. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
