k9hr solutions is looking for e - commerce executive as follows:we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented e-commerce executive to manage and grow our presence on amazon and flipkart. the ideal candidate will be experienced in managing seller accounts, optimizing product listings, handling campaigns, and ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction across both platforms.key responsibilities:amazon & flipkart marketplace managementmanage day-to-day operations of amazon & flipkart seller accounts.upload new products and maintain existing listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, pricing, images).monitor and improve product rankings using seo and keyword research.manage fba (fulfilled by amazon) and flipkart smart fulfillment, if applicable.inventory & order managementensure accurate stock updates and sync with internal inventory.coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment and returns.prevent stockouts and overstocking situations.advertising & promotionsplan and manage ppc campaigns (sponsored ads) on both platforms.run promotions, deals, coupons, and other sales-driving activities.analyze campaign performance and optimize regularly.customer service & feedbackmonitor and respond to customer reviews, queries, and complaints.manage returns, refunds, and resolve negative feedback professionally.reporting & analysisgenerate weekly/monthly sales, return, and inventory reports.track key metrics like ctr, conversion rate, and acos (advertising cost of sale).provide insights and strategies for sales growth and brand visibility.Experience 1 - 3 Years No. of Openings 2 Education B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Com, M.C.A, M.Com Role E Commerce Executive Industry Type IT-Hardware & Networking / IT-Software / Software Services Gender Male Job Country India Type of Job Full Time Work Location Type Work from Office Face interview location 712, Dwarika Pride B/s, Sadbhavna Hospital, Nr Ramapir Circle, 150 Feet Ring Rd, Rajkot, Gujarat
