We seek an experienced React/MERN Stack Developer with 5-7 years of professional experience, specializing in building and delivering high-quality, user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in React, JavaScript, and the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stack and have expertise in HTML, CSS, LESS, unit testing, debugging, and code review. You will work on various projects, developing responsive, dynamic, and performance-optimized applications.


Experience : 5-7 years of professional experience in front-end development focusing on the MERN stack and React.


Proficiency in:

  • React In-depth React knowledge includes hooks, component lifecycle, state management, and context API.
  • Build reusable React components, including functional components, hooks, and state management.
  • JavaScript (ES6+): Strong skills in modern JavaScript, including concepts like closures, promises, async/await, and modularisation.
  • HTML/CSS/LESS: Excellent grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and LESS pre-processor for creating responsive, accessible, cross-browser-compatible designs.
  • UI/UX Implementation: Enhance user experience by creating visually appealing and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and LESS.
  • Node.js and Express: Understanding back-end development and RESTful API design in a Node.js environment.
  • MongoDB: Knowledge of NoSQL databases, especially for data handling and storage.
  • Unit Testing: Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
  • Debugging & Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex client- and server-side issues.
  • Performance Optimization: Improve application performance and loading speed to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Version Control: Proficiency with Git and Git workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
