So that to support the plan, we are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Business Analyst to join our consulting team. As a Consultant in this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, assess financial performance, and develop innovative solutions to enhance financial processes and systems.Day-to-Day Responsibilities

​Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify key trends, variances, and areas for improvement.Business Insights: Interpret financial information to provide valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support strategic decision-making.Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in the development of financial forecasts and budgets by analyzing historical data, market trends, and business drivers.Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance and evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize resource allocation.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to understand business requirements and ensure alignment of financial initiatives with organizational goals.Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients by providing expert financial advice, delivering high-quality analyses, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.Industry Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and business analysis to continuously improve expertise and deliver innovative solutions.Who Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers. In practice this means:4+ overall work experience as a Finance Business Analyst in the Payment domain and software development, with the majority of it being in the area of electronic payments.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, business consulting, or related roles. Experience in management consulting or finance industry highly desirable.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate financial concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify problems, develop creative solutions, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and build consensus towards common goals.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, project requirements, and client needs.Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
