Collections Manager

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Collections Manager role located in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area (Partly remote work is acceptable). Please DO NOT apply if you are working in a city other than Pune. The Collections Manager will be responsible for managing the company's collections operations including:-Developing and implementing collection strategies-Visiting client office and site for payment collection-Keep Track of all outstanding and maintain report-Prepare Followup schedule-Send Payment reminder communication to all clients-Manage Team following up with client for payment-Take necessary action against client who are not giving payment-Resolve issues holding back payments from the Customers-Timely update management about upcoming expected paymentQualificationsBachelor's degree in any field as long as you feel you are fit for the role3+ years of experience in collections management or a related fieldExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work well under pressureExperience with coaching and developing team membersExperience with collections in the construction industryCompany DescriptionSkybuild Scaffolding is a leading scaffolding rental company based in Pune, Maharashtra.
