IT Manager

Responsibilities

: Oversee the entire IT infrastructure (servers, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) organization wide. Proper assessment of the IT related needs in new projects and ensure their timely implementation. Creation and implementation of IT policies and systems across the group. Oversee the overall IT service delivery mechanism through a proper escalation matrix. Analyse the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs. Oversee the implementation and rollout of various IT related software across the various functions. Managing and supervising the employees in the IT department. Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts. Oversee the upgradation of existing IT systems and infrastructure to optimize the organizational processes. Look after the automation of various business processes across the organization to increase the work efficiency. Ensure Information Security of all electronic data across the organization. Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of all IT related systems and assets.

Required Skills:

Should have domain knowledge of multiple industries: retail, manufacturing, foods & beverages etc. Should have Experience of working on BI tools, Data Analysis Should have experience of Cloud Computing (Azure / AWS/Google) Should have knowledge of web development on PHP/MySQL, .net, SRL server Should have SharePoint Administration experience (Office 365) Should have experience of working on Open-Source technology Should have knowledge of GIS software Should have knowledge of any ERP software (CRM, Project Management tools) Should have excellent organizational and leadership skills Should be creative and Innovative – eager to learn new technologies

Required Qualification: - BE/B.Tech/MCA- Computer

Salary :- Upto 15.00 LPA
