Job Title: Graphic Designer – Branding, Marketing Location: Bangalore, In-Office Experience: 2–3 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience in branding, marketing, and print/digital design . This role focuses entirely on visual communication, creative assets, and brand identity . Note: This position does not involve web/app design, wireframing, or UI/UX-related work. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver high-quality creative assets for: Print media: brochures, posters, flyers, packaging, banners. Digital media: social media creatives, infographics, advertisements, newsletters, presentations. Develop and maintain logos, branding elements, and brand identity guidelines . Create compelling illustrations, iconography, and marketing collaterals . Enhance and edit images, videos, and motion graphics for campaigns. Leverage AI-oriented graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Mid Journey, or similar) to improve efficiency and creativity. Stay updated on the evolving role of AI in graphic design and apply tools that enhance productivity. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to meet brand and campaign goals. Ensure visual consistency and creative excellence across all materials. Requirements 2–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, After Effects), Corel DRAW, or equivalent tools. Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles . Experience in creating branding assets, marketing creatives, and print designs . Familiarity with or adaptability to AI-driven graphic design tools . Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under deadlines. Nice-to-Have Experience in motion graphics or basic animation . Ability to create 3 D visuals or advanced illustrations .
