Description: Seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years in banking, this role demands expertise in various financial tools including Firco Trust, FSK, FOL, and Firco Continuity. Proficiency in platforms such as HP-UX, RHEL, and Windows, alongside tools like PL/SQL Developer and ADO, is essential. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of Apache Tomcat, Microservices, SQL 2016/2019, JBOSS, XML, Active MQ, and IBM MQ. Domain expertise in Financial Crime Compliance, Sanction Screening, PEP, and Adverse Media Screening is crucial. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, Oracle database proficiency, job automation via scripting, and familiarity with Java/Springboot. Additional advantages include understanding systems like SAA, TI, Treasury, Core Banking, AML, FCC, Onboarding Channels, and Payments systems. Project management, technical prowess, stakeholder management, and leadership qualities are paramount. An analytical mindset and interest in emerging technologies are also desirable traits for this role.

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in end-to-end functionality of Firco Trust, FSK (Firco Screen and Keep) and Firco Continuity modules.
  • Good Understanding on FMM, FML & FUM.
  • Good Understanding on FFF Classic and FLV Classic
  • Techno functional who can trouble shoot complex problems.
  • Expertise in Oracle Database in both Windows and UNIX environment.
  • Expertise in automating jobs via Windows and Unix scripting.
  • Expertise in Java / Springboot / full stack is added advantage.
  • Good Understanding of systems like SAA, TI, Treasury, Core Banking is added advantage.
  • Good Understanding on Sanction Screening, Enhanced Due Diligence, KYC remediation, Risk, Compliance is a must to have.
  • Good Understanding on Anti Money Laundering (AML), Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) is added advantage.
  • Good Understanding of Onboarding Channels, Core Banking and Payments systems in a bank is added advantage.
  • Experience in managing large projects with internal and vendor-based development models.
  • Solid technical knowledge and ability to resolve technical issue especially on the assigned Application Portfolio, Open API, Agile Delivery, Azure technology, DevOps adoption etc.
  • Strong project management skills including planning, documenting, communication and delivering the end-result on-time, with quality.
  • Strong interest and knowledge of emerging technology trends and applications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiating and influencing skill
  • Strong leadership as well as Strong collaboration skill
  • Strong business acumen with a good analytical mindset will be essential
