About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with 4–6 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. This is a hybrid opportunity for candidates who can deliver impactful insights and build scalable analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Mine and analyze data to generate insights for digital products and services
Build automated insight-generation frameworks
Deliver analytics across Personalization, SEO, Supply Chain, Services, etc.
Create dashboards for financial metrics, customer satisfaction, and engagement
Perform predictive and prescriptive modeling
Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and actionable
Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Must-Have Skills:
Strong understanding of DS algorithms: clustering, regression, optimization
Proficient in Python 3 (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Sklearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
SQL – basic to intermediate
Data visualization with Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly
Hands-on with Cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
Experience with ML deployment at scale (Kubeflow, VertexAI, Airflow, PySpark)
Strong grasp of statistics, probability, and linear algebra
Clear communication and end-to-end problem-solving ability
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Advanced algorithms: LLM fine-tuning, Graph clustering, etc.
Advanced math (Graph Theory, PDEs, Optimization)
Experience with APIs, model monitoring, and debugging
Ability to apply academic research to real-world problems
Qualifications:
Bachelor's + 4 yrs / Master's + 2 yrs / PhD + 1 yr in a quantitative field
Strong programming skills in Python (Java/Scala/Rust a plus)
Proven experience in ML techniques and cloud-based deployment
