Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Cypress and Selenium to join our forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in artificial intelligence, software development, and quality assurance. As a Senior AI QA Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced automated test suites powered by AI technologies to ensure the reliability and performance of our software products.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven automated test scripts using Cypress and Selenium to validate the functionality, accuracy, and scalability of our AI-powered applications.
  • Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers to integrate AI-driven testing solutions into our development and testing processes.
  • Implement machine learning algorithms and techniques to enhance test automation capabilities, including intelligent test case generation, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection.
  • Analyze test results using AI-powered analytics tools to identify patterns, trends, and potential issues, and provide actionable insights to improve software quality.
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to continuously improve our AI QA automation practices.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of AI models, datasets, and training pipelines for testing purposes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, define test strategies, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Document test procedures, results, and findings in clear and concise reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members and share expertise in AI, automation, and software testing best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation testing, and apply them to enhance our testing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in software development, quality assurance, and AI/machine learning.
  • Strong proficiency in Cypress and Selenium for automated testing of web applications.
  • Solid understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, algorithms, and techniques, with hands-on experience in applying AI to software testing.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
  • Experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., Applitools, Test.ai, Functionize).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
