Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive, based in Jaipur. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks, overseeing operational processes, and ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. The role involves coordinating with various departments, performing data analysis, implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, and handling communication with stakeholders. The individual will also be tasked with continuous process optimization and problem-solving to support GSLC's mission.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skills
- Experience in Operations and Operations Management
- Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
- High level of organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
