We deliver high-quality engineering, seamless execution, and excellent customer experience. We are expanding our operations and looking for an experienced Solar Sales Executive who can independently handle leads, site visits, and conversions. Key Responsibilities ✔ Manage leads for residential, commercial, and society rooftop solar ✔ Conduct site visits & collect electricity bills, rooftop details ✔ Explain system components (panels, inverter, structure) & ROI ✔ Present proposals, savings analysis, and payback period ✔ Coordinate with the engineering team for surveys & designs ✔ Meet RWAs, business owners, and factory owners ✔ Handle objections & competitor comparisons ✔ Maintain daily reporting & achieve monthly targets Requirements ✔ 2–3 years of solar EPC / rooftop solar sales experience (mandatory) ✔ Strong understanding of rooftop systems, net-metering & ROI ✔ Good communication (Hindi/Punjabi/English) ✔ Must have a bike + valid driving license ✔ Comfortable with 4–6 field visits daily ✔ Tricity market knowledge preferred ✔ Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented What We Offer Competitive salary + monthly incentives Per-sale bonus on commercial & society deals Fuel allowance Work directly with the founder Fast growth opportunities as we scale Professional and supportive work environment
