Hiring for QC Manager for manufacturing industry.Reporting To: HR Manager Work Location: Khopoli Working Days: 6 days a week CTC: 14LPARole Overview: The QC Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across all stages of production and finished goods. The role involves managing QC operations, compliance, vendor coordination, and leading a team of analysts, while driving process improvements and digitization initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure incoming Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) meet defined quality standards. • Monitor and maintain quality standards during in-process production. • Oversee quality checks and standards for Finished Goods (FG). • Manage Laboratory Management (LM) and other operational compliances. • Build and lead a team of QC analysts for round-the-clock reporting and operations. • Handle market escalations and establish structured workflows for CAPAs and RCAs. • Participate in safety programs, Kaizen initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. • Define and maintain quality standards with vendors for Packaging Materials. • Maintain QC equipment, propose procurement of new machines as needed. • Drive digitization and streamline processes from Excel to SAP B1. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field. • Proven experience in QC management, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards. • Hands-on experience with QC tools, systems, and reporting. • Proficiency in SAP B1 or willingness to adapt to digital tools.
