Website  -  Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience to join our team in Pune or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail domain processes, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable requirements. Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements in retail operations. Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements. Develop functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide technical teams. Perform data analysis to support decision-making, trend identification, and issue resolution. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions. Serve as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in the retail domain. Strong understanding of retail operations, including supply chain, inventory management, sales, and customer service processes. Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools. Expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation. Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Familiarity with retail-specific software (e.g., ERP, POS systems). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA. Exposure to digital transformation projects within the retail domain.
