Work Days: 6 days working during internship and post placement it’s 5 days working.


Job Summary: As a Java Developer, you will gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects and learn from experienced developers. There is a mandatory Training for two months and This Training will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills in Java development, work on impactful projects, and contribute to our development team.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Java applications.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Support senior developers with debugging and troubleshooting issues.

- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding practices.

- Engage in learning activities, including training sessions and workshops, to enhance your development skills.

- Document technical processes and contribute to project documentation.


Requirements:

- Completed B.Tech(IT) / BCA+MCA .

- Basic understanding of Java programming and object-oriented principles.

- Familiarity with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate) is a plus.

- Knowledge of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Some experience with Java development projects (e.g., through coursework, personal projects, or previous internships).

- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.

- Interest in pursuing a career in software development.


Compensation:

- Stipend: Rs. 20,000/- per month during the Training period.

- Based on performance during the internship, there is an opportunity for permanent employment with a minimum package of 6 LPA.
