Roles and Responsibilities:

The position is responsible for overseeing and participating in the design, development, testing, and implementation of intelligent process automation solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and guiding the automation team in delivering high-quality automation solutions using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.

• Develop & maintain automation workflows using UiPath Studio & manage bots in UiPath Orchestrator.
  Understanding of RPA lifecycle & best practices, Exp in UiPath Document Understanding

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to capture detailed process requirements and working with the engagement team to implement, test, and maintain automation solutions.

• Mentoring and guiding Citizen developers and junior team members in their automation efforts.

• Leading the design and implementation of assigned projects, ensuring they are optimized for speed and scalability.

• Capturing, analysing, and documenting process requirements, and designing appropriate solutions for clients.

• Ensuring clear communication of development, testing, and production requirements to project teams.

• Preparing and participating in testing activities, including integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.

• Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems reported by process owners.

• Utilizing resources effectively, mitigating risks, and resolving roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Working with stakeholders to understand pain points and assessing tool suitability for use cases.

• Providing knowledge and training on UiPath software products for an enterprise-grade environment using RE Framework templates and a component-driven approach.

• Continuously pursuing knowledge of new RPA technologies and methodologies that improve capabilities, efficiency, and effectiveness.

• Seeking out innovative automation technologies that provide solutions to new ideas, trends, and concepts.

• Demonstrating a passion for excellence, knowledge building, and coaching juniors and peers to higher levels.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

• Extensive experience in RPA, with extensive use of UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.

• Proficiency in developing complex workflows and custom activities using UiPath.

• Experience in using UiPath Document Understanding and AI Fabric.

• Familiarity with UiPath Insights and its implementation for performance monitoring and analytics.

• Knowledge of UiPath Test Suite for automated testing of RPA solutions.

• Experience in integrating UiPath with other tools and technologies like SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

• Expertise in developing and managing UiPath robots in a multi-tenant Orchestrator environment.

• Experience in AI technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).

• Experience with AI model integration and deployment using UiPath AI Center.

• Familiarity with chatbot and virtual agent development.

• Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Knowledge of other RPA technologies, .NET, C#, Java, SQL, Web Services, Python, or big data analysis is a plus.

• Experience with Agile and process improvement methodologies is a plus.

• Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
