Responsibilities

· Develop and implement fire safety plans and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

· Conduct regular fire risk assessments, inspections, and audits; recommend corrective measures.

· Organize fire drills, evacuation exercises, and training sessions to enhance preparedness.

· Maintain firefighting equipment and systems in optimal condition; coordinate inspections and maintenance.

· Respond to fire incidents, lead evacuation procedures, and coordinate with emergency services.

· Investigate fire incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.

· Train and mentor fire wardens, safety teams, and employees on fire safety protocols.

· Stay updated on fire safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Qualifications

· 3–7 years' relevant experience in manufacturing, construction, or facility management.

· Knowledge of NBC, Factories Act, and other applicable safety codes.

· Strong leadership, communication, and emergency management skills.
