Senior Consultant

• The GCC Captive Consulting and Advisory Leader is a pivotal role responsible for the strategic development implementation and continuous improvement of captive operations within a global capability center
• This leader will work closely with senior stakeholders to establish best practices optimize operational efficiencies and ensure alignment with the organization s overarching business goals

• Key Responsibilities
• Strategy Development and Implementation
• Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the captive consulting and advisory function
• Lead the design and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the performance and value of captive operations
• Collaborate with global and regional leaders to ensure alignment of captive strategies with overall business objectives
• Methodology and Process Development
• Establish and refine methodologies for building and managing captive operations
• Create detailed process flows playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures SOPs to guide the setup and management of captive centers
• Develop and implement Target Operating Models TOMs that define the structure governance and operational standards for captive centers
• Advisory and Stakeholder Engagement
• Provide expert consulting and advisory services to senior management and clients on captive operations
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the captive operations strategy meets those needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate effective collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Performance Management and Continuous Improvement
• Implement robust performance management systems to monitor the effectiveness of captive operations
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Regularly review and update methodologies process flows and SOPs to ensure they remain relevant and effective
• Team Leadership and Development
• Lead mentor and develop a high performing team of consulting and advisory professionals
• Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous learning within the team
• Ensure the team has the necessary skills and resources to achieve their objectives and deliver high quality services
• Key Skills and Qualifications
• Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting advisory or a similar role within a Global Capability Center or related environment
• Expertise Proven expertise in building captive operations methodologies writing process flows playbooks SOPs and Target Operating Models
• Leadership Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• Analytical Skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make data driven decisions
• Communication Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
