Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for our IT company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and growth targets.- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC campaigns.- Brand Management: Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality content that engages and educates our target audience.- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.- Event Management: Plan and execute company events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.- Partnerships: Identify and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance marketing efforts and expand reach.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.- Skills:- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer behavior and experience in creating customer-centric marketing strategies.
