  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with vendors to optimize cost and quality.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the authenticity and condition of sneakers.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to address any quality issues promptly.
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse and procurement professionals.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
